COUNSELLING

" When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change "
Wayne Dyer

ABOUT ME

I enjoy being outside whether it is walking my dogs, Lily and Norman.  Walking the fells, mountains or just a stroll along the beach.

Just being in the garden and seeing the seasonal changes gives a sense of renewed life and energy. Or just simply being in the garden with my cup of tea.

Having animals all through my life has given me a greater understanding of how they are with us and how they pick up on our life events either through loss, bereavement, or a change in dynamics.

It’s through my love of animals that I wanted to train as a counsellor and combine the two together in a safe, natural environment.

Lily is a rescue beagle cross and has done her training to kennel club gold and currently works in the therapy room.

Norman is a rescued collie who is starting his training and enjoying it.

I have also worked with the NHS between 2015 – 2020. During this time I worked within the Mental Health and Sexual Health deparrtment.
